• The continuity of our operational activities, in order to ensure the functioning of the company and the activities of our customers;
• Total alignment with our clients' and partners’ contingency plans.

These plans include specific procedures for all of our operational structures in Portugal and abroad for all our business areas, namely Technology, Contact Center and BPO.

We are sure that, despite these difficult times, we’ll all come out stronger.
