Reditus partners up with Digital Guardian to enhance skills in Data Protection
A new European regulation for data protection settles fines of up to 20 million or 4% of annual turnover in case of failure. Strategic partnership enables Reditus to help Portuguese companies to meet the challenge.
Reditus, a leading Portuguese company in the fields of consulting, information technologies and services, has just established a strategic partnership with Digital Guardian for Information Security solutions, namely for "Data Loss Prevention - DLP".
With this partnership, Reditus will incorporate in its offering a new component capable of addressing the needs raised by the implementation of the new European regulations for data protection.
The new European legislation establishes that companies are obliged to implement appropriate security measures for personal data protection and define a clear data protection policy, with fines of up to EUR 20 million or 4% of annual turnover in case of failure.
