APCC awards CTT lines managed by Reditus
The CTT and CTT Expresso lines, managed by Reditus, were awarded at APCC Best Awards 2016 event.
The CTT and CTT Expresso lines are to be congratulated! They were, again, awarded at APCC Awards prizes, with the bronze and silver medals, respectively, in the Category of Transportation, Distribution and Logistics.
This is the 3rd consecutive year that the CTT's Customer support lines, managed by Reditus, achieve awards in what is one of the most important events of the Portuguese industry.
The APCC Best Awards are an initiative of the Portuguese Association of Contact Centers, which aims to honor organizations that stand out in the implementation of good organizational practices in contact center activity in Portugal, both at the strategic, operational and technological levels and at the human capital level.
The APCC has maintained the partnership with the certification body Bureau Veritas, which is responsible for ensuring the whole process of awarding prizes, thus guaranteed the reliability, impartiality and credibility of these distinctions.
